What is GlamEgo box?

GlamEgo is India’s top beauty subscription service. The GlamEgo box contains a set of pre-selected beauty and personal care products which is delivered to our subscriber’s doorstep each month.

 

Why should I subscribe?

If you are a regular shopper and enthusiast of beauty and personal care products, the GlamEgo Box will assist you in making well-informed decisions by means of first-hand experiences.

 

Does the box contain products of my choice?

The list of products that go into the box each month are prefixed. The GlamEgo subscription box is designed to offer you a variety of the latest beauty products and luxury brands.

 

What will I receive in the monthly GlamEgo box?

The box typically contains 4 beauty products from luxury and upcoming brands of skin care, hair care, body care and makeup. The contents of each beauty box will vary each month and from subscriber to subscriber. 

 

On what date, will I get my monthly shipments for 3, 6 or 12-month subscription plans?

For monthly subscribers (3, 6 and 12-months), we try our best to deliver your GlamEgo box on the same date of every month. In case your arrival date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or festival day, please expect a delay.

 

How long will my box take to arrive?

We know you can’t wait to receive your box of goodies, but Good things come to those who wait. J Your box needs to be perfect in every way when it arrives at your doorstep and to ensure perfection it will take up to 4-5 business days to arrive.

 

What are your subscription plans?

You can choose from a One month, Three Months, Six Months or Annual subscription plan.

 

What is the last date in a month to subscribe for the particular month?

There are no specific dates, you are welcome to plan an order on any day at any time of the month.

 

What if I’m not available to accept my order?

For prepaid orders that are returned to us due to the inability of the member to accept the parcel (subscriber unavailable, change in address, out of station, incomplete address, etc.), can be reshipped with the expenses borne by subscriber/customer.

 

What is the return policy?

Products in the box are meticulously and prudently pre-selected by our in-house experts, that lets you discover, explore and experience the latest trending beauty brands and products. For subscribers we have a No Return policy, but you are always welcome to share your valuable feedback about any product at grillus@glamego.com

 

What to do if I receive a damaged product?

In the event of a product being damaged in transit, we will swiftly replace it with the same product provided the issue is communicated to us backed with genuine image as proof within 24 hours of delivery of the GlamEgo box. The replacement process would take up to 5 days. After 24 hours GlamEgo will not be held responsible for compensation or refund. No cancellations will be accepted in the event of damage.

 

What is a waitlist?

GlamEgo box are in high demand, we try and deliver our boxes at the earliest possible. In case of over subscription and if we are unable to convert you into an active subscriber, we shall inform you immediately about the waitlist via email.
